Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you join our email list or a trip waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and — only if you choose to share them — a phone number and your preferred way to be contacted (such as text, FaceTime, VP, email, or WhatsApp). That is the only information this website asks you for. Form submissions are saved to a private Google Sheet we control, via a Google Apps Script that exists only to record them for us.
Payments
Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout pages. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch this website — we never see or store your card number. Information you enter at checkout is handled by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy; Stripe shares with us only what we need to manage your reservation, such as your name, email, and payment status.
How we use your email
We use waitlist and email-list addresses to send trip announcements, new departure dates, and updates about the trip you asked about — and for nothing else. We don't sell or rent your information. If you want off the list, one email to us does it.
